Across from Pack Square in Asheville, NC, a homeless man is packin' balloons - be careful! With all his worldly possessions in a suitcase, he sits and watches passersby. A nearby balloon vendor, when closing up shop for thday, handed the man several twisted balloons. He packed them in his suitcase and tried to sell them to those who came his way.

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines.
