Asheville North Carolina is home to artists, musicians, and characters of all sorts. The eclectic life here is what makes the town so awesome. One Sunday night, my wife and I had dinner at a great restaurant, the Laughing Seed, and then walked around downtown. This sculpture in Pritchard Park presents all kinds of photo opportunities with many angles and reflections of light.

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines. The magazines include The Scenic, the Laurel of Asheville, The Writers & Artists Quarterly, COSTCO Magazine, Wild WNC News, Camera in the Wild Magazine, and others. He has had articles published in several of these magazines as well. Haldane's art is unique, created using cameras, software, digital tools, and/or paints. Haldane is a member of the Carolina Nature Photographers Association (CNPA).
